Jessica found her passion for health in 2010 upon welcoming her first child. Since then she has continued to expand her practice and knowledge by becoming a yoga teacher as well as continuously learning about the ever changing health and fitness world. Jessica's passion to help people live their best life shines through in her every day life. "No one is perfect and perfection is not a state we should be looking to achieve, instead finding a life of balance and harmony that supports our body and soul."

My goal is to help you live your best life by making health and wellness an easy part of your everyday. Incorporating intuitive movement as a practice in which you live by and looking at food as nourishment instead of restrictions. Balance is everything in life and without it we cannot truly live to our full potential.
