I met Jess through a friend and I have been working out with her 1-2 times a week for the last 7 years (give or take a few vacations!).
What stands out about Jess compared to others in her field of work?
If you have an existing injury she will work with you to avoid stress on that area or provide advice and exercises aiding in proper recovery.
Jess is very flexible when it comes to planning the location and time of your session and can focus on the individual as well as clients in a group setting. She also includes a lot of variety. Jess does not follow the "drill sergeant" approach like a lot of other trainers do. While she will be quick to correct your pose and make sure your body benefits properly from the workout, she won't single you out. There is no judgement and always a bright attitude when class is in session.
Over the years I have met her family and developed new friendships with other amazing ladies as we sweat it out together.
On top of all that, Jess has never shot me down when I needed a pep talk or when I want to share tiny victories or discovered new passions.
I have gone to gyms, I have tried programs and I have tried to do it all on my own.
I have given up on each of those attempts but I have never given up my workouts with Jess and that is largely because she has never given up on me.
Jess has changed my life and she can change yours too.
